Terms of Service

topboards is a platform for creating and running pay-to-rank leaderboards ("boards"). By using topboards you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, don't use the service.

You're responsible for your account and everything done through it. Provide accurate information and keep your credentials secure. You must be at least 18.

Board owners are responsible for their board and the entries on it, and must follow each board's rules and these Terms. We may remove content or suspend a board that violates them. You keep ownership of content you submit and grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive license to host and display it as part of the service.

A bid (or boost) is a contribution to an item's rank, not a purchase of goods or services. Ranks are cumulative and all-time. All bids are final and non-refundable. Getting outbid does not entitle you to a refund.

Board subscriptions and bids are handled by our third-party payment processor. Board owners pay a monthly subscription per board plus a platform fee on bids; the remainder is paid out to the owner's connected account. You are responsible for any taxes on amounts you receive.

No illegal content, impersonation, adult content on non-adult boards, chat/invite links, link shorteners, or attempts to game, defraud, or disrupt the service. We may act on violations at our discretion.

Board entries link to third-party sites and profiles we don't control and aren't responsible for. Clicking is at your own risk.

You may stop using topboards at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms or to protect the service.

The service is provided "as is" without warranties. To the maximum extent permitted by law, topboards is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the amounts you paid us in the prior three months.
