Account details (email, name); boards and entries you create; bids and any supporter name, handle, or message you choose to attach; logos you upload; usage and analytics data; and your IP address (for security and rate limiting).

To run the service, process payments, send you transactional email (welcome, board live, new bids), prevent abuse and fraud, and understand and improve usage.

We share data only as needed with the providers that run topboards: a hosting provider, an authentication and database provider, a payment processor, an email provider, and an analytics provider. Each processes data on our behalf. We do not sell your personal data.

Boards are public. Entries, their current totals, and backer names or handles (unless you contribute anonymously) are visible to anyone. Don't submit anything you want kept private.

We use essential cookies for authentication and sessions, and analytics cookies to measure usage. You can control cookies in your browser.

We keep your data while your account is active. You can request access to or deletion of your personal data by emailing us. topboards is not intended for anyone under 18.
